“Generic platforms” refers to off-the-shelf compliance e-learning providers such as iHasco, which deliver standardised industry content rather than content filmed on the client's own systems.

Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEPs)
Awareness-level training addressing the Fire Safety (Residential Evacuation Plans) Regulations 2025. A dedicated, competency-level PEEP module is still in development.
Each module contains 4 lessons and is assessed from a bank of 15 questions (5 drawn per attempt), with an 80% pass mark and a retake on failure.
Certification Tiers
Two levels of verified competence.
VIGIL Competent
Core Modules 1–4 passed.
VIGIL Proficient
Modules 1–7 passed.
CPD status shows as CPD-pending on issue, updated with the full CPD mark once accreditation is confirmed.
In Development
Coming 2026 — a dedicated PEEP module.
Following the Fire Safety (Residential Evacuation Plans) Regulations 2025, a full competency-level module covering Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans is in development. Existing clients will receive it as part of their annual licence at no extra charge.
